Pullover with cache-coeur
This school year I signed up for sewing lessons for the third year in a row. This time for the “Leisure” module, which means that the focus is more on tricot fabrics.
The first project of the school year was a top with a cache-coeur neckline. I chose a slightly heavier tricot in a beautiful plum purple, so it would become a sweater rather than a blouse.
The fabric is really super nice and the resulting piece of clothing is really suitable as a sweater, but I’m not completely convinced that it looks flattering on me. I have the feeling that it makes me look a lot fatter than I am. So yes, nice sewing experience, but not 100% convinced that the end result is one for me …
Cheers,
Charlotte
