For my July reading journal, my inspiration came entirely from this beautiful photo that I came across on Pinterest. I absolutely love these colours! I was so charmed by the photo that I didn’t even consider that it was not a bookish photo until much later, lol.
My printer printed the photo somewhat dark, but I didn’t want to print it again. Plus, I actually still thought it was super pretty like that.
I combined the photo with a marbled paper with the same colours and simple squared paper.
The same base idea of colouring and papers was used for my next spread with my books read and monthly statistics.
And the same goes for the pages with each individual book.
Not a really bookish design, but I really like it nonetheless 🙂
